4. Delivery Information

We currently offer delivery within Harlow on orders over £30.
Delivery times may vary depending on demand, weather conditions, and availability.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details.
If we cannot deliver because of incorrect or incomplete information, the order may be cancelled without refund.

5. Collection Orders

If you choose to collect your order:

Please bring your order confirmation.
Orders must be collected within the agreed time slot.

Due to the nature of fresh meat, poultry, fruits, vegetables, and perishable groceries:

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
